loneliness brings you closer to the truth

There comes a time when you must understand that you cannot afford the company of certain minds. The cost of misunderstanding and dulling your own clarity with small visions is too high. To rise means to separate. It will be lonely, and yet that loneliness is the natural air of higher ground.

As you ascend, you will find that few can follow. The rate at which one grows is limited by the circle they keep. Most will outgrow their surroundings before they even realize it. Some stay behind out of affection and others move ahead because something within them refuses to shrink. The higher the view, the fewer the travelers.

The people with lower consciousness and those who seem equal who remain tethered to comfort will bind you if you keep them around. Growth is a quiet rebellion, and the soul that chooses it must accept solitude as its companion. Loneliness is a proof of expansion.

When your awareness stretches beyond what others can perceive, you begin to feel like an alien among men. You may try speak their language and fit in, but your spirit knows it is pretending. To live for their approval is to step backward into the shadows you have already outgrown.

You are not meant to be understood by everyone. God does not seek validation from His creation, for He knows Himself. The soul that nears truth partakes in that same knowing.

So release the need to be seen by those who cannot see you. The rare few who share your altitude will find you without effort. Until then, let solitude be your proof, and silence your teacher.

For the higher you rise, the lonelier it may seem, and yet in that loneliness, you stand closer to the source of the truth.
